A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City
of Kent, Washington, binding the City of Kent
to complete Phase III of City of Kent, South
212th Street, E.D.A. Project No. 07-1-00100
(Street Construction), and further binding
said City to finance 100% of any overrun on the
total of said project which may occur.
