RESOLUTION NO. 6"19
I
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
I.
The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and instructed to transfer as a loan from the Water Revenue
Fund to the Park Fund in order to pay park assessments for
U.L.I.D. #1, the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Dollars i
and 89/100 ($1,830.89).
II.
The City Clerk and City Treasurer are further instructed
and authorized to transfer back to the Water Revenue Fund from
the 1969 Budget of the City of Kent the money so borrowed, plus
a reasonable rate of interest on said sum borrowed, of four
per cent (4%) per annum on the diminishing principal amount due
and owing on said loan at such time as the 1969 Budget of the City l
f:
of Kent is approved and becomes effective to repay the money,
plus interest as aforesaid, as borrowed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Kent, Washing-
