RESOLUTION NO. s-g 8
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN
A REGULAR MEETING, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized

7 il and directed to transfer from funds budgeted for fiscal year 1968

8 ;i from Planning Commission -Maintenance and Operation as follows:
Planni!lg Consultant Account. -One Thousand Dollars

" 10 P ($1,000.00) and Officials Expenses Account -Five Hundred Dollars ;:
11 li ($500.00) for a total of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
i! !i ($1,500.00) to be paid into the 1968 budget item designated as 12

13 I! "Salaries and Wages (Planning Commission)".

The purpose of this fund transfer is to assist in

16 I! defraying the expenses of hiring an additional stenographer to be

jointly by the Planni~g Commission and the Engineering
18 li Department for the balance of fiscal year 1968. It is acknowledge~

19 ii that in addition to the funds transferred in Section l of this
' 20 .':Resolution the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00. il .
21 Jf budgeted for fiscal year 19 6 8 for the Kent Enginheri~g Department, i
22 II li salaries and wages, will also be available to assist in paying the
