THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, \{ASHINGTON, IN l
' A REGULAR MEETING, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
I .
The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to transfer from funds budgeted for
the year 1967 for Se1\•er Department-Capital Outlay -Sewer
Repair (Smith-N. P. Crossing), the sum of $10,732.60 to
be paid into the 1967 Budget item designated 11 Sewer Depart-
ment -Capital Outlay -Sewer Repair (James St. Emergency
Sewer Repair)".
PASSED by the Kent City Council on this 16th day
of October 1967.
