A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City
of Kent, amending Resolution No. 506, December
16, 1963, as am~nded by Resolution No. 537,
April 5, 1965, and amending Resolution No. 547,
September 20, 1965, as amended by Resolution
No. 548, January 17, 1966, to include certain
streets herein in the City of Kent's Compre-
hensive Street Improvement Program.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 195 of the Laws of the Stat
of Washi~gton (RCW 35.77.010) the City Council of the City of Kent
did, after a public heari~g thereon, resolve to amend the City
of Kent's six-year comprehensive street improvement pr?gram to
add certain streets thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kent,
Washi~gton, 1n a r~gular meeti~g duly assembled, do hereby resolve
as follows:
l. Kent City Resolution No. 506, adopted December 16,
1963, as amended by Resolution No. 537 adopted April 5, 1965, as
amended by Resolution No. 547 adopted September 20, 1965, and as
amended by Resolution No. 548, adopted January 17, 1966, are
hereby amended to include the followi~g additions to the City of
Kent's s1x-year arterial comprehensive street pr?gram:

2. Within 30 days after the pass~ge of this Resolution,
the City Clerk of the City of Kent is hereby authorized and direct d
to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Director of
H~ghways of the State of Washi~gton, and a certified copy thereof
with the Auditor of the County of Ki~g and to pay the fili~g fee
therefor.
