TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST
FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK

Before the City Council of Kent , Washington. ·-------------
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council of Kent
of Highways is authorized and directea to
that the Director
Cause Vogt, Ivers, Stevens, Thompson and Associates
to compile a traffic study to be known as the Green
River VCJ.lley Transportation Study.
The City of Kents' share of the cost to be THREE THOUSAND EIGHT :r-IUNDRED
AND FIFTY ($3, 850. 00) DOLLARS,
Authorization is hereby granted for the witholding from the monthly fuel tax
allotments to the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the
money reasonably anticipated to accrue to the credit of the City of
Kent in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the current""'5iennium; and
Upon completion f the afore said work, and a statement of cost having been
furnished the City of Kent of the cost of all labor, equip-
ment, material-;-t>Uppbes, and engineering, authorization is made to effect
reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld, however, not to exceed the above specified sum
with any unexpended balance to be released to the City of Kent
and to be included in the next succeeding warrant covermg fuel tax aTIOt-
ments; all in accordance with RCW 4 7. 08. 090.
