2 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY _OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN
3 A REGULAR MEETING, DULY _ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
4 I.
5 The City Clerk and City. Treasurer are hereby
6 authorized and instructed to transfer from the Garb?-ge Fund
"' to the 1964 Sewer Construction Fund the sum of $85,009.16.
8 II.
9 Thereafter, the City Clerk and City Treasurer are
10 authorized and instructed to lssue a warrant in favor of
11 Martha Bevaart, a widow, in care of the First National Bank of
12 Enumclaw, Escrow Department, Enumclaw, Washi~gton, in the
13 amount of $85,009.16 to pay off in full all principal and
14 interest due on the City of Kent-Martha Bevaart .Real Estate
15 Contract, dated September 4, 196 3, and as authorized by Kent
16 Resolution No. 501, dated September 3, 1963.

18 The City Clerk and City Treasurer are further authorized
19 and instructed to transfer back to. the Garb?-ge Fund from the
20 1964 Sewer Construction Fund the' money so borrowed, plus a
21 reasonable rate of interest on said sum borrowed, of four per
22 cent (4%) per annum on the diminishi~g principal amount due and
23 owi?g on said loan whenever there is sufficient monies in said
24 19 6.4 Sewer Construction Fund to repay the money, plus interest
25 as aforesaid, so borrowed.
