A Resoltuon of the City Council of the City of Kent,
amending Resolution No. 506, December 16, 1963,
as amended by Resolution No. 537, April 5, 1965,
and amending Resolution No. 547, September 20,
1965, to include certain streets herein, in the City
of Kent's Comprehensive Street Improvement
Program.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 195 of the Laws of the State of Washington
{RCW 35, 77. 010} the City Council of the City of Kent did, after a public hear-
ing thereon, resolve to amend the City of Kent's six-year comprehensive 6

ember, 1963, as amended by Resolution No. 537 of 5th of April 1 1965, as
amended by Resolution No. 547, 20th of September, 1965, to add certain
streets thereto.
NOW THEREFORE, The City of Kent, in regular meeting assembled, do
ereby resolve as follows:
1. Kent City Resolution No. 506 adopted December 16, 1963, as am~mded
y Resolution No. 537 adopted April 5, 1965, as amended by Resolution No.
47 adopted September 20, 1965, are hereby amended to include the following
treets as shown on attached exhibit "A".

Within 30 days after the passage of this Resolution the City Clerk of
i he City of Kent, is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of 18
19 his Resolution, with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington, and
20 certified copy thereof with the Auditor of the County of King, and to pay the
21 i iling fee therefor.
22 ADOPED by the City Council of the City of Kent, in regular meeting duly
