(RCW 35. 77. 010) the City Council of the City of Kent did, after a public hear-
ing thereon, resolve to amend the City of Kent's six ... year comprehensive
street improvement program, and amend Resolution No. 506 of 16th of Dec-.
ember, 1963, as amended by Resolution No. 537 of 5th of April, 1965, to add
certain streets thereto,
NOW~ THEREFORE, The City of Kent, in regular meeting ~ssembled, do
hereby resolve as follows:
1. Kent City Resolution No. 506 adopted December 16, 1963, as amended
, by Resoltuion No. 537 adopted April 5, 1965, are hereby amended to include

the City of Kent, is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of
this Resolution, with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington, and
a certified copy thereof with the Auditor of the County of King, and to pay the :
filing fee therefor.
