A RESOLUTION consenting to the annexation of area in the
City of Kent to the Des Moines Sewer District.
WHEREAS 1 a petition for annexation to the Des Moines Sewer District1
King County 1 Washington has been filed with the Secretary of the Board of Com-
missioners of said Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Sewer District have considered
and have approved both the desirability and feasibility of annexation of said
area and have concurred in the petition for annexation by their Resolution
1965-13, and
WHEREAS, part of the area included within the petition for annexation
lies within the limits of the City of Kent, and
WHEREAS, the City Council have reviewed the petition for annexa-
tion and finding that they should consent to the annexation of the said area
within the City of Kent to the Des Moines Sewer District; now, therefore,
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF KENT resolves as follows:
The CITY OF KENT hereby consents to the annexation to the Des Moines
Sewer District of King County, Washington, of that area within the City of Kent
included within the area described in the petition for annexation to the Des
Moines Sewer District as described in Resolution 1965-13 of the Des Moines
Sewer District.
