A RESOLUTION consenting to the plan for additions and better-
ments to the Comprehensive Plan of the Des Moines Sewer Dis-
trict, as amended, as contemplated by Resolution 1965-4 of the
Des Moines Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the Des Moines Sewer District has adopted their Resolution
1965-4 adopting a plan for additions and betterments to the Comprehensive Plan
for a system of sewers for the District, as amended; and
WHEREAS, part of the area included within the area to be served by the
proposed additions and betterments to the Comprehensive Plan lies within the
limits of the City of Kent; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed the plan for additions and
betterments of the Des Moines Sewer District and finding that they should con-
sent to the plan for additions and betterments; now, therefore,
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF KENT resolves as follows:
The City of Kent hereby consents to the adoption by the Des Moines
Sewer District of its plan for additions and betterments to the Comprehensive
Plan for system of sewers for the District, as amended, as contemplated by
Resolution 1965-4 of the Des Moines Sewer District.
