RESOLUTION NO. 525
WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the
following described real property located in the City of Kent
County of King, State of Washington and which is more fully
described hereafter, have petitioned the City Council of the
City of Kent to vacate said real property, and
WHEREAS, that certain real property sought to be vaca-
ted ~s described as follows:
City of Kent, County of King, State of Washington:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Weiland St.
26.46 ft. easterly of the S~,J corner of Lot s,
Kennedy's Addition as recorded in Vol. 63 of
Plats, Page 51, Records of King County, Washington;
thence easterly, southerly and westerly along the
north, east and south lines of said Weiland St. to
a point which is 21.46 ft. easterly of the NW
corner of Lot 10 said Kennedy's addition and is on
a curve of radius 40ft., the center of which bears
N43-19-54 W; thence northerly along said curve to
the point of beginning.
NOw THEREFORE, it is hereby
RESOLVED: That Monday, the 17th day of August, 1964
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. is hereby fixed as the time
and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Kent
is hereby fixed as the place for a hearing upon said petition
for said street vacation, and all persons interested are re-
q~ed then and there to be present and state their objections,
if any they have in the granting of said petition, and the City
Clerk is directed to take such steps as are required for noti-
fication of said hearing under the provisions of R.C.W. 35.79.
