RESOLUTION NO. 523
WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the
following described real property located in the City of Kent
County of King, State of Washington and which 1s more fully
described hereafter, have petitioned the City Council of the
City of Kent to vacate said real property,and
vlHEREAS, that certain real property sought to be vaca-
ted 1s described as follows:
City of Kent, County of King, State of Washington:
That portion of the alley in Block 1, Ramsey's
Addition as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats,
Page 89, Records of King County, Washington
lying Southerly of the CMStP&PR/W.
That portion of Third Avenue between Blocks 1
and 2, Ramsey's Addition, as recorded in Volume
16 of Plats, Page 89, Records of King County,
Washington lying Southerly of the CMStP&PR/W.
That portion of the alley in Block 2, Ramsey's
Addition, as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats,
Page 89, Records of King County, Washington
lying Southerly of the CMStP&PR/W.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby
RESOLVED: That Honday, the 17th day of August, 1964
18 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. is hereby fixed as the time
19 and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Kent
20 is hereby fixed as the place for a hearing upon said petition
21 for said street vacation, and all persons interested are re-
22 quired then and there to be present and state their objections,
23 if any they have in the granting of said petition, and the City
24 Clerk is directed to take such steps as are required for noti-
25 fication of said hearing under the provisions of R.C.W. 35.79.
26 020 of the laws of the State of Washington and the City Ordin-
27 ances of the City of Kent.
