WHEREAS, through a mutual mistake of the Kent Swim
Klub, Inc., a Washington corporation, and the City of Kent,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, Kent City
Resolution No. 503, passed on the 21st day of October, 1963,
set forth the wrong legal description of that certain real
property authorized to be sold to the Kent Swim Klub, Inc.
by the City of Kent; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Kent Swim Klub, Inc.
and the City of Kent, Washington to now rectify that error,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT,
at a regular meeting assembled, that the legal description of
real property involved therein which is located in the County
of King, State of Washington and which is described in said
Resolution No. 503 as:
That oortion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4, Section 30, Township 22 North, Range 5, E.W.M.
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of said subdivision; thence South 1°46'22"
West along the West line of said subdivision 423.40
feet to the Southwesterly line of prbp6sed:Woodland
Way and the true point of beginning; thence continue
South 1°46'22" West along said line 490.90 feet; thence
South 88°13 1 38" East 354.95 feet to the Southwesterly
line of said Woodland Way; thence North 34°05'47"
West along said line 605.78 feet to the tne point
of beginning. Containing 2 acres.
shall be changed to read as follows:
That certain real property located in the County of
King, State of Washington and more fully described as:
That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 30, Township 22 North, Range 5 E.W.M.
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of said subdivision; thence South 1°46 1 22"
West along the West line of said subdivision 423.40
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue
South 1°46'22" West along said line 605.78 feet;
thence North 55°54 1 13" East 354.95 feet; thence
North 34°05 1 47" West along said line 490.90 feet to
the true point of beginning. Containing 2 acres.

and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Kent, that the Mayor and the City Clerk ave hereafter
authorized to sign such documents as are necessary to correct
the erroneous legal description described herein.
