WHEREAS, the City of Kent, a ~unicinal cornoration
of the State of r.,Jc.shington, desires to transfer as a loan,
certain wonev from the Current Exnense Fund to the Park
Dscr e Fund to enable the Ci t:v to nurchase a niece of real
nronertv for exnansion of Park and Recreation facilities of
the City of Kent; and
T\JHF:R.EA.S, there 1s not nresently sufficient monies
1n the said Parkeis&&A fund to acco~nlish said nurchase;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Kent in re?ular :Meeting assembled, that the City Clerk and
the City Treasurer of the City of Kent be authorized and
em9owered and instructed and they are hereby exnressly
authorized, emnowered and instructed to transfer from the
Current Exnense Fund to the Park ~eare ~und to enable the
City of Kent to obtain a niece of real nronertv for expansion
of the recreational and nark facilities of the City of Kent,
the sum of $2,100.00; and
BE IT FU~THE~ RESOLVED that said Citv Clerk and
said City Treasurer be authorized, e~nowered and instructed
and they are herebv exnresslv authorized, empowered and in-
structed to transfer back to the Current Fxnense Fund from
the Park i;&r~ Fund the monev so borrowed whenever there is
sufficient monies in the said Park ~11 j Fund to r~turn
the money so borro~rJed.
