WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kent, in
passing Resolution No. 503 on the 21st day of October, 1963,
erroneously resolved that certain funds mentioned therein
should be used only for the uurchase of land for the expan-
sion of the uark and recreation facilities of the City of
Kent and the development of the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF KENT at regular meeting assembled, thatthat
uortion of
/Resolution No. 503, dated the 21st day of October, 1963,
which reads as follows:
"Resolved that any and all funds realized by
the City of Kent as a result of said trans-
action shall be used only for the purchase of
land for the expansion of the parks and re-
creation facilities of the City of Kent and
the development of the same."
is hereby repealed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Kent on the
4th day of May, 1964.
