WHEREAS, Chapter 1;-95 of the La-ws of \V"'t~hingt.o:ni of 1961, provided

.I WHEREAS, such Comprehensive Street Improvement Program was
•l proposed to the City Council, and public hearing was held thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Kent, in regular meeting assembled,
do hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the City of Kent, pursuant to Chapter 195 of tM Laws of
' Washington of 1961, and pursuant to public hearing the~eon, has prepared
·i and does hereby adopt a Comprehensive Street Improvement Program for
