1 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
2 Council of the City of Kent an Ordinance declaring an
3 emergency, making an appropriation, and providing for the
4 issuance of warrants for the payment of the salary of the
5 City Attorney of the City of Kent through December 31,
a 1963; now, therefore, be it
7 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kent
8 in regular meeting asembled:

That Honday, the 5th day of August, 1963, at 8:00
o'clock P. 1'1. is fixed as the time and the council chambers
of the City Hall of the City of Kent, State of Washington,
lS fixed as the place for public hearing upon said
Ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard thereon
are required then and there to be present; and be it fur-
ther.
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk cause said
Ordinance along with this Resolution, be published as a
Notice of Hearing on said Ordinance in the Kent News
Journal at least once before said hearing.
