1 WHEREAS, the Kent City Council has initiated
2 proceedings to vacate a certain alley within the Kent City
3 Limits and more fully described hereafter and which is
4 immediately west of the United States Government Post Office
5 located at 216 West Gowe, Kent, King County, Washington, and
a WHEREAS, the portion of said alley sought to be
7 vacated is described as follows:
8 ;he East eight feet of Lots 7, e, 9 aftd
10, ancl the south 20 feet of Lot 8, a±T
9 in Block 3 of Yessler's First Addition
to the Town of Kent, all located in King
10 County, Washington, J~ Tlf~ .£f€r Olo/ 7/le,<eo.P
11 Now, therefore, it is hereby
12 RESOLVED, that Monday the 17th day of June 1963,
13 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. is hereby fixed as the
14 time and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City
15 of Kent is hereby fixed as the place for a hearing upon said
16 alley vacation, and all persons interested are required then
17 and there to be present and state their objections, if any
18 they have 1n the granting of said petition, and the City
19 Clerk is directed to take such steps as are required for
20 notification of said hearing under the provisions of RCW
21 35.79.020 of the Laws of the State of Washington.
