RESOLUTION NO. Lf 9 /
WHEREAS, the Kent City Council has initiated pro-
ceedings to vacate a certain alley within the Kent City Limits
and more fully described hereafter and which is immediately
west of the United States Government Post Office located at
216 West Gowe, Kent, King County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, the portion of said alley sought to be va-
cated is described as follows:
~he East eight feet·of Lots 7, 8, 9 and
-~and the south 20 feet of Lot 8, ~
in Block 3 of Yessler's First Addition to
the Town of Kent, all located in King
County, Washington, b>-s.c. -file /-{llsr ~o/ -rh(:>,<e.o~
Now, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that vacation of said real property be
accomplished by the City of Kent ~n favor of the United States
Government under the procedures outlined in Chapter 35.79 of
the Revised Code of the State of Washington, and it is fur-
ther
RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution shall be
filed with the City Clerk, passed by the City Council in a
regular meeting assemb~:~2:~~y, 1963,
