RESOLUTION No. ) (T /? ._3
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Kent has
conducted certain studies relative to changes in the text of
Ordinance No. 1071 (zoning ordinance) of the City of Kent, and
has recommended to the City Council that certain textual changes
be made in said zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, public hearing is required upon said proposed
changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in
regular meeting assembled, as follows:
1. That the 21st day of January, 1963, at the hour of 8:00
P.M. is fixed as the time and the City Council Chmmbers
at the City Hall of the City of Kent is fixed as the
place, for hearing upon said recommended textual changes
to said ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of sad hearing, as
required by said ordinance, be published twice in the Kent News-
Journal, on January 9th and 16th, 1963.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor the
7th day of January, 1963.
