A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Kent providing for a Comprehensive Street
Improvement Prggram.
WHEREAS, Chapter 195 of the Laws of Washington of 1961, pro-
vided for the adoption by cities, after public hearing)of a
comprehensive street program, and for the filing of the same
with the Director of Highways; and
WHEREAS, such Comprehensive Street Improvement Program was
proposed to the City Council, and public hearing was held thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Kent, in regular meeting assembled,
do hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the City of Kent, pursuant to Chapter 195 of the Laws
of Washington of 1961, and pursuant to public hearing thereon,
has prepared and does hereby adopt a Comprehensive Street Improve
ment Prog~am for the ensuing six years, covering the following
streets for the t~pe of work set out, and at the following esti-,
mated cost, to-wit:

certified copy of this resolution within thirty (30) days after
