RESOLUTION NO. w
WHEREAS, UPLAND INVESTMENT CO., a Washington corporation,
has executed and delivered to the City of Kent an easement dated
the 1st day of March, 1961, for a 15 ft. permanent easement
across certain property in King County, Washington, in said
easement described; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Kent to accept said
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kent does
hereby resolve that said easement executed by Upland Investment
Company by Homer A. Bergen and William Montgomery, pres~aent
and secretary, respectively, dated the 1st day of March, 1961,
be and it is hereby accepted by the City of Kent.
PASSED by the City Council in regular meeting assembled
this 20th day of March, 1961.
