WHEREAS, GEvRGE FUGATE ~nd ALICE L. FUGATE, his wife, have
executed and delivered to the City of Kent a bill of sale duly
acknowledged by them, transferring and conveying all of their
right, title and interest in certain water and sewer facilities
which were constructed by the sa1d Fugates in certain streets and
easements in and adjacent to Fugate's Addition to the City of
Kent, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kent desires to
accept the said sewer and w~ter facilities and the bill .of sale
transferring the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Kent in regular meeting assembled that the bill
of sale executed by George Fugate and Alice L. Fugate, his wife,
" ~~ransferring to the City of Kent said sewer and water facilities,and
I ~~ated the 15th day of March, 1961, be and it is hereby accepted by
the City of Kent.
