RESOLUTION NO.~i¥
WHEREAS, the Kent Area ~~~~ Council, with the consent
of the City of Kent , did erect upon the Kent City Park a
certain building known as the "Youth Recreation Building 11 which
upon completion thereof was agreed to be transferred to the City
of Kent; and
WHEREAS, said building is now completed and the said Kent
Area ~~a Council has tendered a bill of sale of said
building to the City of Kent, and the officials of the City of
Kent have determined that said building is in a condition to
be accepted by the C~ty of Kent,as a municipal building, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kent has determined
to accept the said building and the bill of sale transferring
title thereto,
CITY OF KENT at a regular meeting assembled that the sad Youth
Recreation Building tendered by the Kent AreaAattYit1ea Council
be and it is hereby accepted as and for a municipal building and
the bill of sale executed by the pres~nt and secretary of said
Kent Area Retrvatiea Council on the~day of February, 1961, be
and it is hereby accepted by the City of Kent.
PASSED by the City Council this ::=Q_ay .of February, 1961.
