RESOLUTION
LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAY
WHEREAS a proposed plan of access control has been prepared in accordance with the Instructions
of the Washington State Highway Co•lasion for a portion of Primary State Highway No._.._5 __
South 228th St. in Kent to Renton ; and
WHEREAS a portion or all of the proposed highway improvement lies within the City of
Kent
MOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in accordance with the provisions of RCW ~7.52.020 et seq., that
the City of ~t , , acting through its officers and authorities, does hereby
consent to the establishment of limited access on the following described portion of Pr~
State Highway No. 5 within the corporate 1 imits of the City of __ ___:K=en:=t=------
Between Highway Engineer's Station 892+43.3 on the west ~ine of the
Northwest Quarter, Section 18, TO'Wllship 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M..
and Highway Engineer's Station 1014+52 on the north corporate limits
of the City of Kent in Section 6, Towship 22 North, Range 5 East, W.lvl.
in accordance with the plan entitled • ~~ State Highway No. __ 5.____ , South 228th

provided however, that this consent is granted on the condition that said plan contain the following
revisions, as indicated in color on the attached prints:
The addition of a frontage service road on the right between Highway
Engineer's Station 914+75 at So. 222nd Street and Highway Engineer's
Station 928+66.2 at So. 218th Street.
