WHEREAS, the City of Kent, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington, desires to transfer as a loan certain money from the Current Expense
Fund to the Park Fund ; and
WHEREAS, said money is to be borrowed by the Park Fund for the purpose
of paying the salaries and wages, maintenance, operation, and Capital Outlay

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KENT that the City Clerk and the City Treasurer of the City of Kent be
authorized, empowered and instructed and they are hereby expressly authorized,
empowered, and instructed, to transfer from the Current Expense Fund to the Park
B'1lli1ilrl the sum of $4, 000. 00.
BE.ii[' FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Clerk and said City Treasurer
of the City be authorized, empowered and instructed, and they are hereby expressly
authorized, empowered, and instructed to transfer back to the Current Expense
Fund, from the Park Fund the moneys so borrowed, whenever there is sufficient
money in said latter fund to return the moneys borrowed .
