RESOLUTION NO. ~~ ~
WHEREAS, on the 8th d~ of June, 1959, GILLESPIE CO., INC.
as Principal, and UNITED PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY, a Corporation
as surety, executed a bond in favor of the City of Kent, in the
penal sum of Seven-thousand-five-hundred ($7,500.00)Dollars,
the condition of which bond that said principal being about to
file a plat named Linda Heights, such principal bound themselves
to grade and gravel all streets within said plat within one
year from the date of acceptance thereofj and
WHEREAS, the land covered in said plat named Linda Heights
is not now within the city limits of the City of Kent;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Kent, in regular meeting assembled:
Section 1. That the City of Kent does hereby release
Gillespie Co., Inc. as Principal, and United Pacific Insurance
Company, a Corporation, as surety, from that certain plat bond
I in connection with the Linda Height~~lat executed by such
principal and such surety on the 8th day of June, 1959.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
