RESOLUTION NO. 'f.:l 7
WHEREAS, in the budget for the year 1960, the current expense
maintenance and operation, miscellaneous fund was allocated in-
sufficient moneys to meet the obligations which have occurred; and
WHBREAS, in the budget for 1960 the current expense, capital
outlay, office equipment fund has more than sufficient funds to
meet the obligations incurred and expected to be incurred for the
year; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to make a transfer
from the one fund to the other; now, thenfore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT in
regular meeting assembled that there shall be and there is hereby
transferred from current expense, capital outlay, office equipment
fund, to current expense, maintenance and operation, miscellaneous
fund, the sum of One-thousand($l,OOO.OO)Dollars.
PASSED in regular meeting assembled this 5th day of July,
1960.
