WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
appropriation, and providing for the issuance of warrants for
salaries and wages, current expense fund, and capital outlay
Water Department fund of the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in regular
meeting assembled:
That Monday, the 20th day of June, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of
the City of Kent is fixed as the place, for the public hearing
on said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard thereon
are required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of the
hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal at least .
once before said hearing.
PASSED uy the City Council this 6th day of June, 1960.
