RESOLUTION If ?.. "'2.-
WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property abutting upon
the portion of a street hereinafter described have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Kent for the vacation of said portion
of said street, and
WHEREAS, the portion of said street sought to be vacated is
described as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of East Saar Street lying west
of Railroad Avenue South and east of the Northern
Pacific Railway right-of-way, in Block 2, W.C.I.Co.'s
First Addition to Kent,
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 21st day of March,
1960, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. is hereby fixed as the
time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of
Kent is hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon said petitio ,
and all persons interested are required then and there to be
present to state their objections, if any they have, to the
granting of said petition.
PASSED the the City Council in regular meeting assembled
