A RESOLUTION of the City Council
of the City of Kent, Washington, regarding
the vacation of a portion of Saar Street in
the City of Kent.
WHEREAS a proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of a portion of Saar Street in the City of Kent de-
scribed as "that portion of Saar Street lying west of the
southerly extension of the east line of the west 82.50 feet
of Lot 4 in Block 2 of Car Line Addition to Kent, except that
portion of Saar Street vacated by City of Kent Ordinance 180",
NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DO
HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That the hearing on the aforesaid vaca-
tion shall be at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
to be held at 8 o'clock p.m., June 4, 1979 in the Council
Chambers in Kent City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice
of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided
by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary written approval or rejection of the Water, Sewer
and Street departments and shall transmit said information to
the City Council so the matter can be considered by the City
Council at a Regular Meeting of June 4, 1979.
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
this 7th day of May, 1979 .
