A RESOLUTION of the City Council
of the City of Kent, Washington regarding
the vacation of a portion of an alley in
Clark 1 s Second Addition of the City of
Kent.
WHEREAS a proper petition has been filed request-
ing vacation of a portion of an alley in the City of Kent
described as "the alley which lies between Lots 3 and 4 on
the north and Lots 5 and 6 on the south of Block 5, Clark 1 s
Second Addition to the City of Kent, King County, Washing-
ton" , NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON
DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That the hearing on the aforesaid
vacation shall be at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City
Council to be held at 8 o•clock p.m., Ma~~ 1979 in the
Council Chambers in Kent City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper no-
tice of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as
provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain
the necessary written approval or rejection of the Water,
Sewer and Street Departments and shall transmit said infor-
mation to the City Council so the matter can be~9onsidered

by the City Council at a Regular Mee-tlng of May~' 19 79.
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City
Council this 16th day of April, 1979.
