A RESOLUTION of the City Council
of the City of Kent, Washington regarding
vacation of a portion of SE 260th Street
in the City of Kent.
WHEREAS a proper petition has been filed request-
ing vacation of a portion of SE 260th Street, a dedicated
street in the City of Kent described as that portion of SE
260th Street lying between Lot 6 and 7 in the Plat of Par-
son's Addition to the City of Kent as recorded in Volume 58
of Plats, Page 22, Records of King County, Washington, NOW,
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section l. That the hearing on the aforesaid
vacation shall be at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City
Council to be held at 8 o'clock p.m. April 2, 1979 in the
Council Chambers in Kent City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper no-
tice of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as
provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain
the necessary written approval or rejection of the Water,
Sewer and Street Departments and shall transmit said infor-
mation to the City Council so the matter can be considered
by the City Council at the Regular Meeting of April 2, 1979.
PASSED at the Regular Meeting of the Kent City
Council this 5th day of March, 1,9 79. /
