A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, granting to Valley Cable-
vision, Inc., a Washington corporation, permission
to assign the franchise held by said corporation to
operate a CATV system to Northwest Cablevision, Inc.,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teleprompter Corpora-
tion, a New York corporation.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. Permission is hereby granted to Valley Cablevision,
Inc., to assign the franchise, dated March 4, 1968,
previously granted to operate a CATV system within
the City of Kent, Washington, to Northwest Cable-
vision, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tele-
prompter Corporation, a New York corporation, sub-
ject to all terms and conditions set forth in City
of Kent Ordinance No. 1499.
DONE at a REGULAR MEETING of the Kent City Council this
5th day of December, 1977.
