A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, regarding a petition
to vacate a dedicated alley in the City of Kent.
WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed for vacation of
a dedicated alley in the City of Kent, more particularly described
as follows:
That certain dedicated alley lying
within Block 3, Guiberson's Addition,
as recorded in Volume 14 of Plats,
Page 49, records of King County,
Washington.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That the aforesaid petition shall be heard at
a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council to be held at 8:00p.m.,
August 4, 1975, in the Council Chambers, Kent City Hall, Kent, Wash-
ington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give proper notice
of a Hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. That the City Engineer shall process the peti-
tion and obtain the necessary written approval or rejection of Water,
Sewer and Street Departments.and shall transmit said infonttation to
the Plann1ng Department so that the matter can Ee considered by the
