A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, indicating its desire
to proceed with the Eastside Green River Water
Shed Work Plan Agreement.
WHEREAS, the City of Kent is a party, along with other
city,county, State and Federal governmental bodies or agencies,
to an Agreement known as Water Shed Work Plan Agreement, Eastside
Green River Water Shed, hereafter called "Project'', and
WHEREAS, at a joint meeting March 6, 1975 it was deter-
mined to move forward with the project, and
WHEREAS, King County has requested of the City of Kent
and other governmental bodies Resolutions expressing continued
support for and desire to proceed with the project, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Kent continues to support and
desires to move forward with the Project.
Section 2. The City Clerk be and she hereby is authorized
to forward a copy of this Resolution to the King County Council.
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
this 17th day of March, 1975. ,
