RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of
the City of Kent, Washington, authorizing
execution of an Agreement with the City of
Bothell, the City of Kirkland, the City of
Redmond, the City of Renton, the City of
Issaquah, the City of Bellevue, and the City
of Tukwila to apply for grant funds for pro-
vision of public defender services.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed, on behalf of the City, to execute an agreement with
THE CITY OF BOTHELL, THE CITY OF KIRKLAND, THE CITY OF REDMOND,
THE CITY OF RENTON, THE CITY OF ISSAQUAH, THE CITY OF BELLEVUE
and the CITY OF TUKWILA, all Municipal Corporations of the State
of Washington, to apply for grant funds for provision of public
defender services to indigent defendants charged with violations
of City Ordinances within their respective jurisdictions.
