HomeMy WebLinkAbout771RESOLUTION NO. 771 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Kent, Washington,regarding a petition to vacate the Kent Estates Plat in the City of Kent. WHEREAS, proper petition has been filed for vacation of the Kent Estates Plat, more particularly described as follows: Lots 1 through 62 inclusive, of Kent Estates as per plat recorded in Volume 87 of Plats on page 12 and 13, Records of King County situated in the City of Kent, County of King, State of Washington. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE: Section 1. That the aforesaid petition be heard at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council to be held at 8:00p.m., September 16, 1974, in the Council Chambers of the Kent City Hall, Kent, Washington. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give proper notice of the Hearing and cause the Notice to be posted as provided by law. Section 3. That the Director of Public Works has processed the petition and obtained the necessary written approval or rejection of the Water, Sewer, and Street Departments and transmitted said information to the Planning Commission where the matter was considered on August 21, 1973.
