WHEREAS, Councilman CHARLES G. MARTELL will conclude
his term of office on January 14, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kent
on their own behalf and on behalf of the citizens of the City of
Kent wish to reooqnize the contribution CHARLES G. MARTELL has made
toward the betterment of our City, and to commend him for the will-
ingness he has shown to give of his own time to better prepare him-
self to function effectively as a City Councilman, NOW, THEREFORE
be it
RESOLVED that the Citizens of the City of Kent, Washington
by and through their Mayor and City Council do hereby acknowledge
and thank CHARLES G. MARTELL for his efforts on their behalf as a
Kent City Councilman and do extend to him their best wishes for the
future.
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council this
~ day of January, 1974.
