A RESOLUTION of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, establishing grade elevations on SR ~,&, a public highway in the City of Kent.
WHEREAS, the State Department of Highways has pre-
sented to the City of Kent a set of plans showing the proposed
grade elevation on the route of SR 516 within the corporate
li~its of the City of Kent, and has requested approval of said
grades, NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENT, WASHINGTON, that the grades as shown on sheets 36 of 42
of the plans entitled SR 516, SR 181, and SR 167 to SR 515
Vicinity and which bear the approval of the Director of High-
ways dated November 2, 1973, are hereby approved.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council
this 17th day of December, 1973.
