RESOLUTION NO. 752
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of
the City of Kent, Washington, authorizing
the Mayor to accept on behalf of the City
grant offers from Environmental Protection
Agency, for financing the construction of
certain sewer improvements in the City of
Kent.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT,
WASHINGTON
Section 1. That Mayor Isabel K. Hogan is hereby
authorized to accept on behalf of the City of Kent grant
offers from Environmental Protection Agency to aid in financing
the following sewer projects in the City of Kent:
(1) lOOth Avenue Sanitary Sewer Interceptor
(2) Kent-Des Moines Sanitary Sewer Interceptor
(3) Garrison Creek Phase I Sanitary Sewer
Interceptor
(4) Linda Heights Pump Station Improvements
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
this 3rd day of December, 1973.
