WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the
following described real property located in the City of Kent,
County of King, State of Washington, and which is more fully
described hereafter, have petitioned the City Council of the
City of Kent to vacate said real property, and
WHEREAS, that certain real property sought to be
vacated is described as follows:
The Sly 30 1 adj to Tract "A" in the plat of
0 1 Brien, Station Garden Tracts lying Sly of
Railroad and Ely of that certain street de-
dicated and adj to Wly line of said Tract "A"
lying in SW quarter of SE quarter of Sec 1
T22N R4 and those certain EAST/WEST streets
dedicated in the Plat of the Town of Van
lying in the NW quarter of the NE quarter of
Sec 12 T22N R4 Ely of 77 Ave S and Wly of
the Burlington Northern r/w, known as S 208St,
S 209 St (AKA Harrison St) and S 210 St. (AKA
0 1 Brien St)
now, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED: That Monday, the 17th day of December, 1973,
at the hour of 8:00 o•clock p.m. is hereby fixed as the time and
the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Kent is
hereby fixed as the place for a hearing upon said petition for
said street vacation, and all persons interested are required
then and there to be present and state their objections, if any
they have, in the granting of said petition, and the City Clerk
ig directed to take such steps as are required for notification
of said hearing under the provisions of RCW 35.79.020 of the
laws of the State of Washington and the City Ordinances of the
City of Kent.
DONE in regular City Council session this 19th day of
November, 1973.
