A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington authorizing and
directing the City Engineer to request the
King County Council to amend King County
Resolution No. 34569 to add certain street
projects of the City of Kent to the list of
street projects previously approved for
Forward Thrust funding by said King County
Resolution No. 34569.
WHEREAS, certain proposed street projects of the
City of Kent have been approved for Forward Thrust funding
by King County Resolution No. 34569, and
WHEREAS, there are additional street projects in the
City of Kent which should also receive approval for Forward
Thrust funding,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Engineer of the the City of
Kent be and he is hereby authorized and directed to request the
King County Council to amend King County Resolution No. 34569
to add to the list of City of Kent street projects previously
approved for Forward Thrust funding the following:
1. South 212th Street from East Valley Highway
(84th Avenue South) to 92nd Avenue South.
2. East Valley Highway (84th Avenue South) from
South 228th Street to South 212th Street.
3. East Valley Highway (Central Avenue) from
Willis Street to the Green River.

Council meeting this 5th day of June, 1972.
