RESOLUTION NO. -r.rz 11
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of
the City of Kent, Washington, approving
and providing for the execution of an
Amendatory Contract for Grant to Acquire
and/or Develop Land for Open-Space Pur-
poses No. WASH-OSA-64 (G) by and between
the City of Kent, Washington and the
United States of America.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Kent, Washington, as follows:
Section 1. The pending proposed Amendatory Contract
for Grant to Acquire and or Develop Land for Open-Space Purposes
No. WASH-OSA-64, Amendment No. WASH-OSA-64 (G), is hereby in all
respects approved.
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Kent is hereby
authorized and directed to execute Amendatory Contract No. WASH-
OSA-64, Amendment No. WASH-OSA-64 (G) in two (2) counterparts on
behalf of the City of Kent and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the Public
Body on each such counterpart and to forward such counterparts to
the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on
behalf of the Government together with such other documents rela-
tive to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may be
required by the Government.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
