RESOLUTION NO. {pljk,
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, accepting a Bill of
Sale for sewer lines from Cascade Sewer District.
WHEREAS, by agreement dated July 8, 1969, the City
of Kent agreed upon the fulfillment of certain terms and con-
ditions to purchase certain improvements belonging to Cascade
Sewer District, said improvements being approximately 6,602
lineal feet of sewer pipe, and
WHEREAS, all of the terms and conditions agreed upon
have been fulfilled and a bill of sale from the sewer district
dated May 6, 1971 has been received,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kent,
Washington DO HEREBY RESOLVE to accept the Bill of Sale from
the Cascade Sewer District dated May 6, 1971 covering approxi-
mately 6,602 lineal feet of sewer pipe and to incorporate said
sewer pipe into its utility system and to maintain it as provided
in applicable City Ordinances and in accordance with the agreement
between the City and Cascade Sewer District of July 8, 1969.
PASSED at a regular Council meeting this 7th day of
June, 1971.
