RESOLUTION NO. _b_.(L-~-~-
WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the
following described real property located in the City of Kent,
County of King, State of Washington, and which is more fully
described hereafter, have petitioned the City Council of the City
of Kent to vacate said real property, and
WHEREAS, that certain real property sought to be vacated
is described as follows:
That portion of South 234th Street
(August Sarin Road) lying westerly
of Primary State Highway No. 5 and
easterly of 5th Avenue North (also
August Sarin Road and 76th Avenue
South) situated in the Southeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 22
North, Range 4 East, W.M. and for
that portion of 5th Avenue North
(August Sarin Road and 76th Avenue
South) lying northerly of Primary State
Highway No. 5 situated in the southwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 22 North,
Range 4 East, W. M.

RESOLVED: That Monday, the 7th day,of June, 1971, at the
our of 7:00 o'clock p. m. is hereby fixed as the time and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Kent is hereby
fixed as the place for a hearing upon said petition for said
street vacation, and all persons interested are required then and
here to be present and state their objections, if any they have,
the granting of said petition, and the City Clerk is directed
take such steps as are required for notification of said hearing
nder the provisions of RCW 35.79.020 of the laws of the State of
ashington and the city ordinances of the City of Kent .
