A Resolution of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, adopting the TOPICS proposal as City
policy.
WHEREAS, an engineering study report called "City of
Topics Report" dated January 29, 1971, was presented to the
ity Council workshop session on February 22, 1971, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best interest
nd well being of the citizens of the City of Kent to accept and
dopt the TOPICS proposal, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ESOLVE that the TOPICS proposal of January 29, 1971, be and it
ereby is adopted as City policy and that the City Administrator
e and he hereby is directed to implement the program within present
nd future city budgets, and to present a program of priorities
or adoption by the City Council.
