RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION fixing the date for a hearing
on the assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 260 of the City of Kent.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Kent has filed
with the City Clerk the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 260; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to hold a hearing on
that assessment roll as provided by law; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT,
WASHINGTON, that a public hearing shall be held on the assessment
roll of Local Improvement District No. 260 on Monday, May 18, 1970,
at 7:00 o•clock p.m. (PDST) in the Council Chambers, Kent City Hall,
303 West Gowe Street, Kent, Washington, at which time the City
Council will sit as a board of equalization for the purpose of
considering the roll and objections thereto. The City Clerk is
hereby directed to give the notice of the hearing and of the time
and place thereof in the manner provided in Chapter 35.44 RCW.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, this 20th day of April, 1970.
