THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, in a
regular meeting, duly assembled, hereby resolves as follows:
I
That any overruns of expenditure in excess of the costs
submitted to the Economic nevelopment Administration for
Contract #8, Project #07-1-00099 shall be paid by the City of
Kent.
PASSED at regular meeting of the Kent City Council this s~
